Shipping

I ship to the US and Canada; and worldwide by request only.

I offer free shipping on all orders over $44 within US. 

If you qualify for free shipping and want an upgrade please contact me so that I can help you pay for this additional shipping charge.

I will have all items ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Please contact me if you require a rush order.

A signature is required for very large/bulk/wholesale  orders. Please let me know if you do not want a signature required on your large order; however keep in mind that this shop will not be held responsible for replacing or refunding items/orders that are lost or stolen if this service is waved.

PLEASE READ IF PURCHASING OUTSIDE THE US AND CANADA:

All international orders will be shipped economy. They can take weeks or months to arrive. Please let me know if you would like an upgrade or a signature required please contact me at the time of your order.

Also, various countries require taxes and fees when receiving/delivering international parcels. It is impossible to charge for those ahead of time or to know what they would be. Unfortunately, these additional fees are not and cannot be included in my shipping cost you pay at checkout. Buyers are responsible for paying all the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Returns

My items are made to order and cannot be returned, but please contact me if you have a problem with your order.

Please inform me if you have any problems or general concerns with your order. I want you to be satisfied. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact me.

I will always kindly consider each situation on a case by case basis.

Refunds and exchanges are available for items that are damaged. In order to receive a refund or replacement you will need to contact me after receiving the damaged item. You may be required to ship the damaged item back to me and I will replace the item or issue a refund.

If your stretch bracelet breaks please contact me to discuss this.

If a return or exchange is granted for the reasons above the buyer must return the item at their own expense.
