As a very small business I do not offer routine returns and exchanges. 

I will always kindly consider each situation on a case by case basis.

Refunds and/or exchanges are available for items that are damaged. In order to receive a refund or replacement you will need to contact me after receiving the damaged item. You may be required to ship the damaged item back to me and I will replace the item or issue a refund. 

If your stretch bracelet breaks please contact me to discuss this.

If a return or exchange is granted for the reasons above the buyer must return the item at their own expense.

For a best fit please measure the smallest part of your wrist and add about a half to a full inch depending on fit preference. Please contact me for recommendations and sizing questions.

Extra Small 6.5 inches (wrist size under 6 inches)
Small 7 inches (wrist size 6-6.5 inches)
Medium 7.5 inches (wrist size 6.5-7 inches)
Large 8 inches (wrist size 7-7.5 inches)

To use the the essential oil diffusing lava rocks add a few drops of your favorite oils every day. Add more oils at any time and a different oil each day. The aroma will diffuse for hours.

When putting on and taking off your stretch bracelets it is best to roll them over the hand rather than to pull them on or off of your wrist.

Please refrain from wearing your jewelry while swimming, engaging in extremely intense sports, contact sports, or strenuous exercise.

If your jewelry becomes visibly soiled please gently clean it with a damp cloth. Avoid the use of chemical cleaners.

All gemstone jewelry is cleansed and charged prior to being packaged and shipped. In order to experience the full benefits of your stones is important to continue to cleanse and charge your jewelry. To do this place your jewelry in the moonlight or sunlight. There are other methods of cleansing gemstones but they may not be advised for jewelry.

This jewelry is not intended for infants and children because small beads are a known choking hazard. Death is a serious risk of choking. If you order or request a bracelet for an infant or child you are doing so at your own risk.
